Once your order is received, the best quality leathers are selected with maximum care and your leather garment is tailored with a fine craftsmanship. Therefore, you should expect your order to be shipped within 3 weeks from the confirmation of your order.
Since our policy is MTO policy, make to order, the items are being produced upon order confirmation. Custom duties and taxes are covered by EOTHIDES. This is why no return and no refund is acceptable. In a case of receipt of defect item, we kindly ask you to contact us within 10 days at rkumar@eothides.com and we will advise repair procedure accordingly.
